They can log an opportunity and associate it to an improvement of every aspect of the company (processes, document risks, controls, among others), describe and sustain through the evidence and establish who they want to add to the forum of digital discussion via Goldenbelt to evaluate the viability and subsequent implementation.

 

The opportunity will appear on the inbox of those involved and they will be notified via email so they can have active participation on the topic. Likewise, this module allows the creation of KPI´s with any graphic you desire; objectives and goals for each opportunity, measurement and association to processes and/or position of interest.

 

Finally, this module enables you to design an action plan of different types so you can follow-up of the involved ones and automatically notifying them according to the established due dates.
